What are your office hours and when will I receive my gallery?
Kens Cotton Photography’s office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Weekends are reserved exclusively for weddings and scheduled sessions.
Wedding Galleries: Your final, fully edited wedding gallery will be delivered within twelve (12) business weeks following your wedding.
Lifestyle Galleries: Your final, fully edited lifestyle gallery (engagement, maternity, family, etc.) will be delivered within eight (8) business weeks following your session.
“Business weeks” are defined as weeks during which Kens Cotton Photography is conducting normal operations, excluding weekends and holidays.
Why do my packages include a Second Photographer?
Including a second photographer in my packages ensures that you get the most complete and seamless coverage of your day. While I focus on capturing key moments—like your expressions during the ceremony or portraits—you'll also have someone documenting candid moments, guest reactions, and different angles at the same time. This allows us to:
Capture both the bride’s and groom’s preparations simultaneously
Get multiple angles of important events (like the first look or first kiss)
Document more candid moments and interactions that might otherwise be missed
Ensure nothing is overlooked if I’m momentarily focused elsewhere

Do you Offer Discounts?
No two love stories are the same—why should your photos be? Whether it’s your wedding day, the quiet beauty of motherhood, or a fleeting season you want to hold onto, I believe your experience should feel like you.
There’s no one-size-fits-all here. If something on my pricing doesn’t quite fit, let’s talk. I’m always open to building something that aligns with your vision and what matters most to you. Your memories are worth documenting—honestly, beautifully, and with intention.

Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
I am all about following love wherever it takes us! To keep things fair and clear, here’s how travel fees work based on how far your celebration is from my home base:
If your venue is within 1.5 hours, we add a small gas fee—just to cover the drive.
For venues 3 hours or more away, we include gas and a hotel stay so we can show up fresh and ready.
Weddings 5 hours or more out? That means gas, hotel, meals, and a rental car are part of the travel fee—because long trips need some extra TLC.
For destinations that require flights or longer travel, we handle all travel costs—flights, ground transportation, hotel, and meals—so nothing’s left to chance.
Don’t worry—I always provide a clear, upfront travel estimate so you know exactly what’s included.
